How to Choose Aerothene for Protective Packaging

Start with the product, the main handling risk and the way your team will use the aerothene.

Match the material to the risk

Light material may be enough for surface separation and scuff protection, while heavier items or repeated handling may require more cushioning.

Match the format to the process

Use full or custom-width rolls for continuous wrapping and lining. Use sheets or pads where a repeat finished size makes packing faster and more consistent.

What to include in your enquiry

Include product dimensions and weight, the main protection risk, preferred format, approximate quantity and delivery area.
